Power Insight Solutions was founded with a simple mission: to help growing businesses get their technology working for them, not against them. We saw too many companies struggling with manual processes, disconnected systems, and spreadsheets that were supposed to make life easier but often made it harder.
We specialise in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and M365 - helping businesses automate their processes, build custom applications, and turn data into decisions. Think of us as your outsourced digital transformation department, without the overhead of hiring a full team.
What We Do
We help businesses that are outgrowing their current systems. Maybe you're spending too much time on manual data entry, or your team is working from five different spreadsheets that don't talk to each other, or you've outgrown that "mate who knows about computers" but aren't quite ready for a full in-house IT department.
That's where we come in. We build proper business systems using Microsoft's Power Platform - Power Apps for custom applications, Power Automate for workflow automation, Power BI for reporting, and Copilot for intelligent assistance. We also work with Dynamics 365 for businesses that need CRM and field service management.

We work best with growing businesses - typically 10-100 employees, £250K+ turnover, owner-managed, and in a scaling phase. Our clients are usually in professional services, construction, manufacturing, or distribution, and they're already on (or moving to) Microsoft 365.
The sweet spot is companies that have outgrown their current processes but aren't quite ready for a full-time IT team. We act as your fractional CTO and implementation partner, bridging that gap until you need permanent in-house expertise.
Based in Sheffield, Working Across the UK
We're based in Sheffield but work with clients across the UK. While we can do remote work effectively, we believe in the value of face-to-face relationships, so we're happy to travel for initial consultations, workshops, and quarterly reviews.
We also work with US clients on the East Coast (NYC, Boston, Florida area) - the 5-hour time difference actually works in your favour. We can handle your overnight issues so you wake up to solutions.
