Problem Solved

Your Admin Work Is Eating
Half the Working Week.

Invoices stuck in someone’s inbox. Approvals that take three days and five emails. Data typed twice into three different systems. It’s not your team — it’s the process. I build workflows inside Microsoft 365 that handle the routine stuff so your people can do real work.

Admin Pain That Keeps Coming Back

🧾 Invoices Take Forever

Raised manually, sent to the wrong person, approved by email, then keyed into accounts. Every step adds delay and a chance for error.

✍️ Approvals Get Stuck

Someone needs to sign off but they’re on holiday, didn’t see the email, or forgot. The work waits. The customer waits.

⌨️ Double Data Entry

The same information is keyed into your CRM, your accounts system, a spreadsheet and an email. It’s boring, slow and wrong too often.

📂 Chasing Documents

Proof of delivery, signed forms, purchase orders — they’re scattered across emails and drives. You spend more time finding paperwork than acting on it.

🗂️ Onboarding Is Chaotic

New customer or new starter means a flurry of tasks, emails and reminders. Some things get done twice, some not at all.

😩 No One Owns the Bottleneck

When everything is manual, it’s hard to see where things are stuck. Managers end up chasing people instead of managing the work.

What I Automate

I build approval and data-flow automations using Power Automate, SharePoint and Teams. Each one removes a manual handoff from your business.

Invoice & Finance Flows

  • Invoice approval with manager sign-off
  • Automatic reminders for overdue approvals
  • Escalation when approvers are away
  • Data pushed to Xero, QuickBooks or Sage
  • Receipt capture and expense routing

General Admin & Approvals

  • Holiday requests with manager approval
  • Purchase order sign-off and budget checks
  • Document review and approval tracking
  • New starter and leaver task lists
  • Forms that create tasks automatically

How It Works

1. Pick the process that hurts most

We start with one annoying process — usually the one that causes the most chasing or the most mistakes.

2. Map the steps and decision points

Who approves what? What triggers the next step? What happens if someone is off? We design the flow before building it.

3. Build the automation in M365

Using Power Automate, SharePoint and Teams, I create a workflow that handles the routine and alerts the right people at the right time.

4. Test, refine and support

We run it with real examples, fix any edge cases, and I stay around after go-live to make sure it keeps running smoothly.

Why Me?

I’ve built approval workflows and invoice automation for my own clients, so I understand the real-world mess: part-time approvers, holiday cover, partial approvals, and finance systems that don’t talk to anything else.

  • Built inside your existing Microsoft 365 tenant
  • Works with Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
  • Connects to Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and others
  • Approver-friendly mobile notifications
  • Ongoing monitoring and support
  • Based in Sheffield, working UK-wide

Quick Questions

Will this replace my accounts software?

No. The automation sits alongside Xero, QuickBooks or Sage and handles the approval, reminders and data entry — so your finance system gets clean, approved data.

How do approvers use it?

They get a Teams or email notification with an Approve/Reject button. No app to install, no training needed. They can approve from their phone.

What if an approver is away?

We build in deputy approvers, escalation timers and out-of-office handling. The process doesn’t stall because one person is off.

How long until it’s live?

A single approval workflow is typically live within 1–2 weeks. More complex multi-step processes take 2–4 weeks.
