Problem Solved

Your Customer Details Are Everywhere
Except Where You Need Them.

Emails, spreadsheets, notebooks, post-it notes. Your team know their customers, but the business doesn’t. I implement CRM systems that actually get used — because they live inside Outlook and Teams, not in yet another app your team resent.

The CRM Problem for Growing Businesses

📧 Everything Lives in Inboxes

Important conversations, quotes and complaints are trapped in individual email accounts. If someone leaves, the knowledge leaves with them.

📝 No One Updates the Spreadsheet

You tried a shared list, but nobody keeps it current. It’s out of date before you even open it.

🤷 Leads Go Cold

You get an enquiry, it gets noted somewhere, and then it’s forgotten until the person calls back annoyed that you never followed up.

🚫 The Team Won’t Use the CRM

You bought a CRM before but adoption died because it was clunky, separate from daily work, and felt like admin.

📊 Can’t See the Pipeline

You don’t know which deals are close to closing, which are stalling, or where to focus. You’re guessing at month end.

👤 No Customer History

When someone picks up the phone, your team don’t know what was promised, what was quoted, or what went wrong last time.

What a Proper CRM Gives You

I implement Dynamics 365 Sales Hub or a tailored Power Apps CRM that fits how your business actually sells and serves customers.

Sales & Pipeline

  • Every lead and opportunity in one place
  • Clear stages, values and close dates
  • Automated follow-up reminders
  • Real-time pipeline dashboards
  • Forecasting you can trust

Customer Service

  • Full interaction history per customer
  • Cases, complaints and requests tracked
  • Team visibility of who said what and when
  • SLA tracking and escalation alerts
  • Works inside Outlook and Teams

How I Implement It

1. Discovery — what do you actually need?

I talk to the people who will use it. We strip out bloated features and focus on what helps them win and keep customers.

2. Setup — clean data, clear fields

I configure the CRM around your sales process, import your existing customer data, and make sure the layout is simple enough that people want to use it.

3. Integration — into Outlook and Teams

Emails, meetings and tasks sync automatically. The CRM becomes part of daily work, not extra work.

4. Training and go-live

I train your team in plain English, answer the “but what about…” questions, and stay close during the first few weeks.

Why It Works With Me

I don’t sell CRM licences and disappear. I stay until your team are using it properly. And because I work inside Microsoft 365, the CRM connects to everything you already have — no bolt-on apps, no duplicate logins.

  • Dynamics 365 Sales Hub or Power Apps CRM
  • Built around your sales process, not a template
  • Integrates with Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
  • Data migration and clean-up included
  • Training and post-launch support
  • Based in Sheffield, working UK-wide

Quick Questions

Do I need Dynamics 365 or can we use something simpler?

For most small and growing businesses, Dynamics 365 Sales Hub is the right long-term choice. If your needs are lighter, I can build a Power Apps CRM that costs less and still connects to Microsoft 365.

How long does CRM implementation take?

A focused first go-live is typically 3–6 weeks. Complex data migration or multi-team setups can take longer. I scope it clearly before we start.

Will my team actually use it?

That’s the whole point. I design it around their daily work, train them properly, and remove unnecessary fields and steps. Adoption is built in, not bolted on.

What if we already have a CRM that’s failing?

I can rescue it. Often the tool is fine but the setup is wrong. I’ll tell you honestly whether to fix what you have or start fresh.
